An honors graduate of the University of Pennsylvania School of Nursing, Dr. Regan began her clinical career in Philadelphia, PA where she served as a trauma nurse at The Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.  After recognizing the majority of her patients’ health and injuries were the result of high-risk behaviors and poor health access, Dr. Regan became motivated to deliver quality healthcare within her community.  She completed dual Masters of Science in Nursing in the Community Systems Administration and Family Nurse Practitioner programs at Thomas Jefferson University College of Nursing, Philadelphia, PA.  In addition, Dr. Regan received her Doctorate in Nursing Practice from York College of Pennsylvania School of Nursing and Health Professions, York, PA, where she was awarded the Linda Pugh Award for Outstanding Clinical Scholarship.
